How Can Press-Mio Help You?

Pressotherapy (compression therapy), also known as lymphatic drainage, is a non-invasive treatment that uses air pressure to stimulate the lymphatic system. It can help with a variety of health and beauty concerns, including:

Detoxification: Pressotherapy helps the body remove toxins and fats

Swelling: Pressotherapy can reduce swelling in the legs or other parts of the body

Cellulite: Pressotherapy can help reduce the appearance of cellulite

Blood circulation: Pressotherapy can improve circulatory system disorders and venous issues like varicose veins

Skin elasticity: Pressotherapy can help restore skin elasticity

Immune system: Pressotherapy can stimulate the immune system

Digestive issues: Pressotherapy can help relieve constipation

Weight loss: Pressotherapy can be combined with diet and exercise to help with weight loss

During a pressotherapy session, a trained esthetician uses a specialized device to inflate a suit that squeezes the body in a rhythmic motion. The pressure alternates between compression and decompression, which stimulates the lymphatic system.

Pressotherapy is generally considered safe, but some people may experience side effects like redness or irritation. Others may feel the urge to urinate right away.

EMS Body Slimming/Weight Loss/Muscle Training/ Body Remodeling Firming & Shaping By using electric muscle stimulation to send electric pulses through the skin in order to create muscle contractions and improve blood circulation. Ultimately, the treatment allows for intensive muscle contractions to build and strengthen muscles in a safe and extremely effective way. By combining this treatment with regular exercise to tone muscles, results will be even greater and long-lasting!

Near infrared light heats & contracts collagen fibers within the skin to stimulate the formation of new collagen. This helps to stimulate the body’s own regenerative metabolism at a cellular level. By stimulating the body’s tissues to convert infrared energy into cellular energy (ATP), that cells can use to accelerate the production of collagen & elastin. This increases cellular permeability, which allows for increased cellular nutrient intake. This infrared stimulation will also result in more effective removal of excess fluid & waste products from the cells, while increasing blood flow to the skin and producing macrophage cells for removing excess pigment, toxins, & even scar tissue.
