Membership Policies
1. Monthly Dues
Membership dues will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on either the 1st or 15th day of each calendar month, as selected at the time of enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize Butter Massage Spa to initiate these recurring charges until the membership is canceled in accordance with these terms.
2. Term of Membership
All memberships require a minimum six (6) month commitment. After the initial term, memberships will automatically convert to a month-to-month agreement unless and until canceled by the member. Cancellation requests may be submitted at any time following the completion of the six-month minimum term.
3. Rollover of Benefits
Unused membership services may be rolled over for up to three (3) consecutive months, provided the membership remains active and in good standing. Rollovers are not available to members who have canceled or paused their membership. Upon cancellation, any unused services, credits, or benefits will be forfeited without refund or compensation.
4. Transfer of Monthly Service
Members may gift their monthly service to a friend or family member one time per month. To authorize a transfer, members must submit the recipient’s full name and contact information via email to [email protected] prior to the scheduled appointment. Membership discounts may not be transferred or shared.
5. Use of Membership Benefits
Members may book an unlimited number of services per month and receive discounted member pricing on all qualifying services. Discounts are exclusive to the member and may not be used by non-members, including friends or family.
6. Promotional Offers
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, membership discounts may not be combined with any other promotions, special offers, or discounts offered by Butter Massage Spa.
7. Membership Cancellation
After fulfilling the initial six-month commitment, members may cancel at any time by submitting a written request via email to [email protected]. Cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date to avoid charges for the following month. No partial month refunds will be issued.
